As founder of The Local Loan Company, Kylie is extremely proud to have built a hugely successful business almost entirely on the referrals from satisfied clients. From first home buyers to sophisticated property investors, from FIFO workers to self-employed small business owners, Kylie has helped them all.

A mortgage and finance broker since 2002, Kylie is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia and holds a Diploma of Financial Services in Finance Broking and Financial Planning.

When researching and recommending finance solutions, Kylie’s key priority is to place your interests first. Her award-winning, stress-free approach is to be refreshingly honest, direct and jargon free. That’s why clients keep coming back; she removes mystery from the process, allowing you to relax and concentrate on your goals.

Kylie maintains a strong ethical belief in giving back to the community in which she so successfully operates her small business. In fact, she’s proudly received national recognition for her tireless efforts. Ray Hair

Director, Customer Services and Compliance

A long-time, respected member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ray holds a Bachelor of Economics and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA). With many decades of experience working in senior executive roles at some of Australia’s leading service organisations, Ray is highly regarded by his peers in the financial services industry.

Ray’s previous senior roles include CEO at PLAN Australia, CEO at Australian Life Insurance (ALI), General Manager Sales at Homeloans Limited, and General Manager Financial Services at the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV).

With management experience in both the public and private spheres, coupled with extensive expertise in consumer lending, small business lending, mortgage management, superannuation planning, funds management, and insurance, his wealth of experience brings a sense of security, stability and reassurance to the clients he so prudently assists.

As Director of the Local Loan Company, he is deeply committed to demystifying the complexities of finance and guiding clients every step of the way.
